02 · Hardened like IT built it
Every system is installed to our published Hardened Install Standard, on NDAA Section 889-compliant hardware, by a company completing a SOC 2 Type II audit.
03 · Designed before we install
You see measured camera coverage on your floor plan before we pull cable.
04 · Yours to keep
At closeout you receive every credential, program file, license key, and as-built drawing, plus handoff training for your staff and a 1-year labor warranty. Open platforms, no lock-in.
05 · Supported after install
Remote programming and support, and after-hours emergency calls on the main line. Service plans are coming soon.
Hardened Install Standard

No default passwords
Unique credentials for every device and admin account, handed to you at closeout.
Current firmware
At install, with a documented update process.
Own network segment
Security devices separated from business systems.
No direct internet exposure
No port forwarding. Remote access only through authenticated, encrypted methods.
MFA and named accounts
Role-based accounts on video and access control software.
Unused services off
Following manufacturer hardening guides.
Encrypted readers
OSDP Secure Channel where the hardware supports it.
Time sync and logging
Managed customers can send logs to security monitoring.
NDAA Section 889 hardware
We do not sell or install FCC Covered List brands.
Documented as-builts
Device list with locations, network addresses, and firmware versions.
