Why Complex
Why work here.
What working at Complex looks like day to day.
Work across trades
Security, cabling, fiber, power, and IT on the same projects. You see how the whole system fits together, not just one piece of it.
Enterprise IT behind you
We run enterprise IT tools and have our own in-house IT team, the same team that delivers managed IT and cybersecurity to our customers.
Training and growth
Hands-on work with the platforms we install most, including Genetec and Axis, and a path to grow into larger projects and roles.
Standards we hold ourselves to
Every install follows our Hardened Install Standard on NDAA-compliant hardware, and our SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.
Projects start to finish
Schools, local government, manufacturers, and businesses across Wisconsin, with one project manager running each job.
Two Wisconsin offices
Work out of New Berlin in the Milwaukee area or DeForest in the Madison area.
