Why is a camera offline?
Usually network, power, or a failed camera.
Cloud or on-premises?
Both. We recommend based on the site, the network, and your retention needs.
Can you replace our Hikvision or Dahua cameras?
Yes. Complex does not sell or install Covered List brands, and it replaces them in phases.
Can you reuse our existing cabling, controllers, or cameras?
Often, when they are sound.
What warranty do we get?
A 1-year labor warranty, manufacturer warranties (5 years on Axis cameras), and handoff training for your staff.
